Kamil is an excellent hairdresser !
I’ve been to Live True a few times and the staff are always friendly, very professional and efficient. Kamil is now my to-go hairdresser as he’s great on what he does and he’s not afraid of giving his personal opinion when asked :)

Good hairdressers, terrible organization. Overcharged me for toner that was not in the price of the service (balayage, obviously requires a toner), tried to get me to split the service into two days because they booked me in incorrectly, tried to get me to wait for a hairdresser for an hour, were rude when I said that balayage should include toner in the service otherwise its bleaching the hair and not balayage. Paid 150£ instead of 125£ and was there for 4,5 hr instead of 3. DONT RECOMMEND
