Didn't enjoy my experience here. I was supposed to get an Olaplex treatment, but I'm not sure what I actually got. Olaplex is in two stages: no 1 is applied, stays on for 10 mins, then no 2, then hair is washed. Whoever did my hair today applied something once, left it on and then washed my hair - so obviously something wasn't done right. This was also my first time not being asked how I wanted my hair parted at the blow dry stage. Won't be coming back. If you book Olaplex, make sure you know how the process works.
