I have been to this salon many times for a balayage and haircut however this time was the worst experience I have ever had in any salon. The quality of the balayage is absolutely terrible and I had to stay at the salon for 9 and a half hours!!! The stylist accidentally bleached my hair ginger (despite me specifically stating that I did not want ginger hair at the beginning of my consultation) and thus resulted in my hair being bleached a further 2 times. I appreciate I have very dark brown hair however I have never had issues with bleaching previously with other stylists at this salon and had even lighter balayages. The stylist and her senior were apologetic and very nice however I expected a much better quality balayage. There are very obvious, straight lines in my hair distinguishing my dark hair from the beige balayage rather than being blended in and it is higher on one side of my head than the other. I did not ask the stylist to correct this as I didn’t notice it until my hair was fully dried, it was way past closing time and I didn’t want her to make it even worse. The haircut however was good, hence the one star. Once the stylist had finished, they had the audacity to charge me for an Olaplex treatment. Considering I had been there for 9 and a half hours, was very unhappy with the quality of the balayage and had to cancel my evening plans with friends, I would have expected them to waive the Olaplex charge or at least give me a partial refund of my haircut/balayage (pre-paid via Treatwell) as a gesture of goodwill. But they did not so I paid and left. I am extremely disappointed with the end result and will definitely not be returning or recommending this salon to anyone in the future.
