Had a great haircut from Fatou! My first time at Live True salon and I’ll definitely come back. Was made to feel really relaxed and the cut was great, I appreciated the extra time she spent on the finish at the end. Would really recommend!

Unfortunately the stylist messed up my cut. I now have a bob, which is definitely not what I asked for, and I look and feel terrible. The salon spent 1.5 hours the next day trying to fix it, but I still hate it and left in tears - it looks THAT bad. The complaints process is awful, managed through a generic email address (no phone call), and I've sent 3 emails to ask for my money back (all ignored with no response). I went to the salon because their social media looks amazing, but the bad haircut and the fact I couldn't speak to anyone directly to get it sorted left a bad taste. I would never go back here.
