They double booked my appointment and didn’t realise until I arrived. I was half heartedly offered to come back later on in the day, but didn’t seem to care that this was a rare opportunity for me as I have a 6month old baby. Seemed to be a complete lack of concern and they should have realised before I arrived that I had been double booked and called me - if that was indeed the case. Very unprofessional, will not be returning, I doubt they will bothered.
