Wanted to give this place way more because the stylist was absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for me - came in for a gloss but didn’t have a patch test so opted for olaplex treatment instead. The
Receptionist was quite rude when I arrived and made it difficult for me to book this olaplex treatment in - wanted me to book directly which would be twice the price of my treat well appointment. I wanted to come back for a full colour and stated this at the desk but no patch test offered.
