Terrible customer service. I was told the wrong price for toner, which was left on too long so my blonde highlights came out dark. I told the salon I was unhappy with my colour and had been told the wrong price but was forced to pay as there was no manager I could speak to and they threatened to call the police if I did not. Been given a £10 refund from the incorrect price of toner (they wouldn’t refund whole price) and complimentary toner at another salon as I won’t return to Brixton.
