The hair cut and colour was absolutely amazing and I’m really really happy with it. However the customer service from Maria was shocking. At points she was incredibly rude towards me - when at the basins I could hear her complaining to her colleague about my booking and the next one, and when I was replying to the length, I got very snappy reply in return. It was a shame as I would have booked with her again in the future.
