I have alot of hair which takes alot of time, unfortunately despite good efforts I left feeling that although best was tried it wasnt really what I wanted- patchy toner (which h to be fair I went back to rectify with blow dry for free) and a dry quick trim rather than haircut as we ran out of time. Lovely hairdresser but just not quite right
