Nice place with the results I wanted. The front desk could have been friendlier. My hair was done quickly and every effort was made to get the color I wanted. Would definitely return.

Upon arrival I had to wait 20mins as they didn’t have a free chair. When I sat down I asked for a cup of tea which I never received. Before visiting I told the salon that I needed to leave at 2.30pm and was told that it would take 1hr45 so it would be fine. However 3hrs later and I’m still in the salon and so had to leave the salon with wet hair. At the end I was charged £30 more than I had been quoted for a toner, even though I was not told that the toner would be extra during the treatment
