Not happy. I was super excited as like most people I had seen their work on Instagram- however I think they just can’t cater for women with dark hair. I wanted a balayage of an ash blonde colour, however as someone else mentioned, there’s many hidden charges. I paid an extra £108, so in total I’ve paid £242 for a balayage that’s more or less in one shade, and then a super brassy fringe. They charged me extra £15 for apparently having too much hair although it’s shoulder length. Not happy at all

Really good haircut + style for curly hair, my hair looks way healthier than it has done in ages. He gave me lots of good advice on products and ways to improve my hair as it's very dry, would definitely come back again
