More or less happy with the haircut but the overall experience there wasn’t great. Stylist came and went throughout the appointment, I understand she had other clients to see to regarding hair dye but I felt forgotten and that she wasn’t focusing on my cut at all. Wasn’t asked how I wanted my hair blow dryed. The girl assisting (to do the hair wash etc) never spoke or introduced herself or what she was doing or the projects she was using. She would just appear when the stylist was away and start playing with my hair. Not given a gown for hair wash so shirt got wet. As I said, actual haircut was alright but I think I’ll spend the same money for an equally good haircut and an overall nicer experience next time elsewhere.
