Really great cut. Just needed a trim as I wanted to keep the length. Konstantins did a superb job. My hair looks and feels amazing. Blow dry gave it a lot of volume and I love the waves. Will be rebooking!

I've emailed my issues to the salon so I hope these are sorted soon enough! Just felt a bit deflated once I got home, as my hair was very brassy after a balayage. Was told this was due to box dye from 1+ years ago, but even my natural hair looks very patchy. Went in a natural brunette for a natural balayage look and came out an unnatural brassy blonde all over with the exception of my roots. Sorry to leave this review (I wouldn't usually) but heart broken!
