My appointment was rescheduled 30 minutes earlier but when I turned up they asked me to wait 30 minutes - there seems to be a little confusion with the salon. However the stylist to cut & washed my hair was lovely and did a great job!

My hair looked awful I will never go back to this salon, I requested Arjola as the stylist when I got there I got a different stylist. They only had 2 blonde/golden toners and they only told me that after they bleached my hair. I have requested a refund as the end result was not a baliage and they refuse to give me my money back. I am extremely disappointed and the customer service is poor. Would not recommend.
