1. Time of appointment booked in app changed by salon twice
2. Needing to bring jacket to the dry cleaner after water came through during wash
3. Asked to pay for treatment and had to show both treatwell app & bank app to prove full payment
4. 10min after treatment was called to return to pay for a £30 toner I hadn’t booked on treatwell, hadn’t asked for and wasn’t informed of (currently waiting for the invoice).
Actual cut and colour are great and the stylist is lovely but awful otherwise
