I've emailed my issues to the salon so I hope these are sorted soon enough! Just felt a bit deflated once I got home, as my hair was very brassy after a balayage. Was told this was due to box dye from 1+ years ago, but even my natural hair looks very patchy. Went in a natural brunette for a natural balayage look and came out an unnatural brassy blonde all over with the exception of my roots. Sorry to leave this review (I wouldn't usually) but heart broken!

Loved the haircut and the highlights, can’t complain about anything except I bought a deal with the salon thinking that would be the total amount I would pay... however felt it was a little sneaky that they put in toner without explaining there was an extra fee for that before putting it in. It was an extra £30 (May as well have bought the bottle). Otherwise would have given 5 stars.
