The salon was nice and clean/covid safe.
The hairdresser didn’t seem very friendly or engaged with cutting my hair which left me feel nervous throughout.
The cut is ok but not sure if I would go back.

In fact, I had my appointment at Live True Vauxhall with Simone, which was brilliant - really listened to my colour preferences and styled my (very thin) hair beautifully. Staff member in the Brixton salon was unwell so I was contacted by Laura who was very helpful in exploring the options for still getting my hair done. Being offered a Creative Stylist made up for the last minute salon change; really great customer service. Would recommend and will be returning.
