Not happy. I was super excited as like most people I had seen their work on Instagram- however I think they just can’t cater for women with dark hair. I wanted a balayage of an ash blonde colour, however as someone else mentioned, there’s many hidden charges. I paid an extra £108, so in total I’ve paid £242 for a balayage that’s more or less in one shade, and then a super brassy fringe. They charged me extra £15 for apparently having too much hair although it’s shoulder length. Not happy at all
