DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR COLORED HERE!!! I went for a root touch-up of a full head of highlights after lockdown. I spent half a day leave from work, 4 hours at the salon, and about £230. I left with zebra streaks of brassy blonde where the roots have grown out from my previous highlights, not to mention that the colors don't match!! The salon has been unresponsive in rectifying the situation, just to add a pinch of insult to injury. STAY AWAY!!!! THE WORST colour appointment I've EVER HAD!

He listened carefully what I wanted and explained me step by step the coloring process, which moreover, delighted me. Smiling and very nice, I would definitely book another appointment with him next month.
