Blow dry itself was disappointing - I asked for big and bouncy and it was only curled at the bottom so looked quite flat. Stylist also made rude and unsolicited comments about the condition of my hair throughout and tried to blame my hair on why it wasn’t curling. I have had many blow dries in the past and all have been much better than this.
