I've been going to Federico for years now and I have nothing but excellent things to say about the service he provides! Before each appointment we'll sit down and he'll ask what I'm looking for, which usually results in a very detailed discussion. Even when I'm not 100% sure what I'm after, through his suggestions we always get there - I feel like he knows my hair better than I do! He takes his time and the end result ends up being exactly what I had in mind! He's also extremely pleasant! 10/10
