No frills: The haircut was OK, did the job just fine but the vibe wasn't great. The place is quite shabby in need of lick of paint, the hair tools bag was unclean, the atmosphere iffy. The stylist was v.v unfriendly. I tried to be understanding that he was clearly having a bad day. He didn't ask after my preference for type of products / offer drink/ show back of hair. I usually go to LT in Vauxhall for pretty much everything. Was really happy to find one closer in Brixton but won't go back.

I had some issue at first with the initial people I spoke to not understanding what I was saying and trying to cancel my booking last min - very nearly went elsewhere but then the stylist rang me back and she was incredible so very happy with her. Vicky is just brilliant if you want blonde scalp bleach you must go to her.

I’ve been coming to Live True London for a few years now. Unfortunately Maria couldn’t cut my hair because she was running behind.
I’ve noticed over the last few times I’ve been that the hair dresser is running behind and I often have to wait (up to 30 mins). I wonder if they try to cram in too many appointments each day?
