Unfortunately my experience at Live True Brixton wasn’t great. My stylist was clearly experienced,helpful and friendly. The atmosphere in general though wasn’t very welcoming. For example I struggled with the door for a while and none of the staff even bothered looking up to assist me. There was also a miscommunication with my payment amount. Instead of explaining and trying to get to the bottom of the issue, or acknowledging their mistake. They made me feel uncomfortable.

Love the place and Federico is simply phenomenal - he is extremely talented, possesses so much knowledge and on top of that he is so caring of his costumers. This is the place where I feel good!
