Excellent hair cut by the lovely Alasdair! I’d had a couple of bad haircuts and the salon I’ve gone to for years so I decided to try something new to fix a hair cut that I was really not enjoying. Alasdair did just the job! I’ve had lots of compliments on the new trim. Thanks so much.

The cut was okay (not great, but okay), but the balayage (full with toner) was non-existent. I called immediately after the appointment for a refund, and was told to email customer care. They sent a photo taken post-appointment in very particular lighting, which was incredibly misleading, so I replied with a real, unfiltered photo in 'normal' light, where the balayage wasn't visible at all. They invited me for an 'assessment' but by this point I had it fixed elsewhere, so they refused a refund.

Do not come to this place. I bookedfor a clear glossing which is only meant to give shine to the hair NOT alter the hair, however I left with RED HAIR! Since there's no manager on site I had to deal with customer service who basically don't care and just want your money. They refused to fix my hair at any scale but hey! The hairdresser told me to wash my hair with fairly liquid to get rid of it! Or 20 times! I just asked for refund, is the least they can do after completely messing up my hair.
