Made a last minute booking, late on a Monday and had my haircut within a few hours of booking! Great cut really happy with it! Could not fault the anything about the experience! Only one tiny thing to note, think the batteries need to be changed in the fire alarm, as it was beeping throughout the appointment!

Had a great experience last time I visited Live True- unfortunately this time there’s is some banding with my bleached roots (I didn’t mention this at the time- as it wasn’t obvious initially during the appointment). Overall I’m happy with the colour of the ends and roots, however the banding is a bit disappointing. The stylist also applied bleach very liberally around my forehead which has left me with some irritation and redness following the appointment.
