Received a phone call 8 mins before my appointment to say it was cancelled?! Apparently nobody else could do a simple blow dry.. Refund not offered by salon and I was advised to contact Treatwell. Appalling service as per reviews below.

Viola was amazing. So kind and patient with me. We discussed various styles and shegave her honest opinion and fantastic aftercare advice- more than I've received from any stylist before. I'm usually super low maintenance and she encorportated that into her advice she gave me. I will 100% be going back to her. Big fan and I felt like 1 million bucks when I left. Can't recommend her enough! Thanks Viola!
