Had my balayage done by Al who was incredibly attentive from start to finish. We talked through all the colour options, toners and even gave me a lush scalp massage when being rinsed off. The results amazing with super natural looking colour that blends seamlessly with my existing and natural colour, couldn't recommend enough!!

This review is directed at the Clapham North branch, the Brixton branch moved my appointment over at the last minute but that was fine. I hate my hair. My highlights are so bad and so patchy. I didn’t notice how bad until the toner washed out a week later. Their customer service couldn’t do anything about it because I didn’t flag it within 7 days. AWFUL!
