Receptionist was very rude. There was absolutely no welcome whatsoever, and when there was communication, it was to interrogate me as to whether I had an appointment booked in the first place. Such a shame because my hairdresser was lovely and did an amazing job. However, to spend £60 on a haircut and be made to feel like you aren’t wanted somewhere calls for a rather negative overall experience. Will not be coming back.
