Went for a haircut and it’s been basically hacked.. the cut isn’t straight at all, some pieces are half an inch short than other bits. I like live true but won’t be returning to the Brixton branch.

Really disappointed with my appointment this evening. My appointment was 15 mins late starting (although this is not unusual from my experience of Live True). It took 2 hours rather than the 1 hour advertised on Treatwell and I have come home with a considerable amount of dye around my hairline (I appreciate there may be a small amount but this is a LOT). I’m now spending my evening trying to scrub it off. Disappointed by the lack of respect for my time and the rushed result.
