I didn’t actually have a cut with Abbie (despite having booked her on purpose having read reviews). They initially didn’t explain to me they had to swap stylists and just pretended nothing was different. The stylist didn’t look at my hair before it was washed. Overall my haircut was fine because I have a very simple style and the stylist Annette was friendly
