I missed the beginning of my appointment, then wasn't allowed to have the rest of my treatments because I was now a 'no show'. Couldn't contact customer service to resolve the issue. When they finally responded to my emails, they refused to rebook any of my treatments. Using terms and conditions to justify stealing money. Horrified by the treatment from owners.

I went in wanting a bleach and then peach color. I was adviced what to book on Treatwell by receptionist but my hairdresser said I haven’t book enough time. I said I did what I was told and I came all the way to ask earlier a couple weeks ago what to book to avoid this. Ronie took care of it and I left with an amazing looking hair! I’ve got so many compliments. Thanks 🧡
