My appointment was rescheduled by the salon in 1 morning no less than 6 times across 2 different branches - then stylist was running late. I had originally paid for a senior stylist (any one), then was told one wasn’t available in the day and i would get a creative stylist, but no refund for the price difference I had originally paid. I was told if I wanted to cancel I would have to do it through the app - but Treatwell doesn’t offer refunds within 24hr. nightmare organisation/lack of care
Diogo was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, welcoming and would talk you through each step of the process. Even though he was busy and it was a short appointment it never felt rushed at any point. I am really happy with the results. Thank you!
Kashell was a lovely person but I was left for 30 minutes with half my head wet, half in foils, in a sink,whilst she treated someone else.Then I had a 10 minute wait for purple shampoo. Wasn't asked how I wanted my hair blow dried and the parting was in the wrong place. The only way they will do highlights is bleach and then additional toners so instead of having 1, 2 or 3 shades of colour in foils you can only have bleach and then somehow they told me they'd tone it at £34 a shade. Nonsense.
