Live true was amazing but Treatwell and their services are bad. I booked Treatwell for a haircut and blow dry and by mistake I clicked on just blow dry. I made a pre payment for that service. With in 5 mins of realising my mistake I tried to change my service but I couldn’t or else i would loose all my money. Treatwell does not have a customer care service, no point of contact is provided and over that they are extremely slow with their email response.
I feel it’s a scam. I want my 30£ refund
