Viola was amazing. So kind and patient with me. We discussed various styles and shegave her honest opinion and fantastic aftercare advice- more than I've received from any stylist before. I'm usually super low maintenance and she encorportated that into her advice she gave me. I will 100% be going back to her. Big fan and I felt like 1 million bucks when I left. Can't recommend her enough! Thanks Viola!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The day before my appointment I got a call from the receptionist and was asked to come an hour later which I agreed to even though it wasn’t very convenient for me. She told me I would get an text about this but she didn’t even bother confirming the appointment new time. The next day, 15min before my appointment was due, I get another phone call telling me that I was late & that they would have to cancel. The payment has been taken and I haven’t had my balayage!!
