Pure waste of time and money. I had a brazilian blow out which is perfectly unnoticeable on my curly hair. Because I live 400 miles away from London, the salon refused to refund me as they "can't properly assess the treatment from a distance", even on a video call...Well, if you are unable to notice your £225 treatment on before/after pictures or on a video call after only two weeks, while it is meant to last for 3 to 6 months, it means that it didn't work! Period.

Ok blow dry. I asked for sleek and bouncy and it's more like curly/ringlet-y, and not shiny... I have thick hair and it needs more heat at the roots, it doesn't feel fully dried so it's gone frizzy. It also needs way more conditioner/serum/heat spray. I think a bit more experience needed... She was very nice though.
