I have booked 4 times in the past few months and no lie they have cancelled each appointment with little than 1 hour 30mins notice. I’m always told it’s not the reception fault and they are running behind. 4 times is a joke! Last week I had my engagement party and they cancelled 30mins before my appointment. I said I wanted to log a complaint and requested a manager to call but still no contact

Absolutely loved my haircut here second time here with cashelle and I’m defo coming back to her next time too!! First cut was a hugeee chop and she did it amazing, 2nd was a trim and she listened to exactly how much I wanted. Both times the finish was amazing!! Thank you
