I contacted the shop prior to booking, for advice of who would be the best stylist for my hair. Made the booking with the stylist I was recommended and received comfirmation of my appointment, but on the day when I arrived for my appointment, I was given someone different without prior notification which is not good enough! Whilst the stylist I was given was friendly and able, I would have expected to be told about the change in case I wanted to rebook, rather than not being informed at all.
