The overall experience with the stylist wasn’t a positive one. She did not introduce herself, didn’t communicate with me what stage we are at (e.g., telling me it was time for the toner and she’d be back in 15 mins etc, or that the colour was done and it was time to let it set etc) and didn’t offer me a drink (usually this salon does). When I got home I found the side of my face was burnt from the bleach used. I tried contacting the salon to discuss this and have not had a response.
