I usually like Live True Brixton and have been many times but this time the cut was been really uneven (which I’ve reported to the salon directly and to Live True customer care with no response or remediation), and the service was quite poor (started 10 mins late with no apology, unfriendly, no offer of drink etc). I can deal with poor service so long as the haircut is good, but on this case it wasn’t.

Extremely poor customer service. The cape they provided allowed the bleach water to drip all the way down my back which resulted in my entire outfit being ruined. When I contacted head office to let them know they simply said they take zero responsibility for clients clothing so they would do nothing to compensate. Completely unacceptable in my opinion and I will not be going back.

Hair was cut way too short, didn’t ask me till she cut it. She was lovely but my hair is so short I am not happy. Lovely girl but way shorter than I asked
