Awful experience where I had to reschedule but nobody answered the phone after trying 3 times. I replied to the email I received from the salon advising on my having to cancel and tried to rebook but heard nothing back. When I finally got through to call them to rebook they told me I can’t rebook or have refund and to contact treatwell.

The first thing I mentioned was that i'm getting married at the start of the year so wanted to retain length, have a trim and add back some of the very subtle long layers. Whilst we agreed how much to take off (around 2 inches), the hair that fell into my lap was far longer than this, (around 5 inches) and the layers are far from subtle as I have what essentially looks like two different haircuts from the front.
With my wedding in only a few months, i'm disappointed and pretty upset.
