I would like to speak to the manager if possible. I found my experience very uncomfortable because of the following and I do not feel satisfied coughing on / around me, moaning of being ill and not knowing what she was doing, saying she got in at 3am

Federico is great and super knowledgeable! Best blowdry and lasts for days. The salon does need better scheduling though the past few times I’ve been they’ve got my appointment wrong or changed the stylist I’ve had when I’ve booked someone specifically- so be wary and call them on the day to clarify.
