I wish I had left before the appointment started. Stylist washed my hair despite me telling her I had done so the night before. She shampooed it twice and used no conditioner, in a way that was painful to my scalp. My hair looked and felt dry after.

Nothing to say about the hairdresser but the rest. Did a patch test for highlights and asked if I’ll have to pay for toner they said yes, without mentioning I will have to pay for 2 because my hair was too long (£110 added to my bill). Then pay extra for an experienced artist, came and had someone brand new to hairdressing, had to ask by myself nobody mentioned it to me. At the end didn’d refund me for the artist cause “I was already paying a discount price I should be happy”, deplorable servic
