Great blow dry, he was also really lovely. However, was charged an extra £15 because we went over time?! I have a short bob lol not sure how that was my issue. But nevertheless a good blow dry and cut

Kashell does a reliably perfect blow dry every single time (I've been a handful of times with her now every time I used to come from Boston to visit my sister in London). She is also extremely quick at it! It's downright impressive and really the only blow-out you will ever need in London

Terrible blowout and zero accountability
Very disappointed with Live True Brixton. My blowout felt coated with residue, greasy, and completely flat within 45 minutes. The heat was uncomfortably intense and the style wasn’t what I asked for. I’ve had many blowouts and this was the first I’ve ever complained about.
I contacted the salon repeatedly for nearly a week. Staff refused to rebook me, gave conflicting information about availability, and told me to email head office. Nobody followed up,
