I arrived and the lady said there was a mistake in the booking system and the stylist no longer had time for me so I would need to walk to Vauxhall or Clapham (45mins away!). They then transferred me to a different stylist who was very lovely but also didn’t have time to do my hair how I asked for it to be done (bouncy blow dry with curls) and just blow dried it straight. LT should have an option to declare if you have thick hair because I would have rather paid more to have it done properly
