Upon arrival, I was informed that the stylist I was booked in with had called in sick and my appointment couldn’t be accommodated. This is the third time (second time in a row) that my appointment gets cancelled because someone has called in sick. I was offered an appointment later in the day in another salon, which I had to refuse as I had other commitments. I have requested a refund, for which I was supposed to get confirmation yesterday at 12pm, however nobody has gotten back to me yet.
