Not welcoming. I was kept waiting for 1 hour without any updates. There was no acknowledgement or apology from the receptionist or hairdresser at any point. Haircut was fine but whole experience was unpleasant due to bad customer service.

Jordan was great and really listened to what I was looking for in regards to colour/balayage. Ended up with a beautiful colour and was really happy with the result! Just note that you are charged for bleach and toner as extra outside of the main balayage charge, came as a surprise to me. Would definitely recommend!
