Whole experience felt a little rushed, only seemed to spend about 5 minutes cutting my hair (chest length, wanting long layers and face framing) and stylist came across as a bit moody. Cut is ok for a little refresh but not amazing. Have had better cuts and service from other members of staff there. Sense they may be a bit resentful of bookings made via Treatwell....
