Was charged more than £100 than the original price I’d paid, just for the hairdresser Sofia to have messed up my highlights and hair, I was told to let it “settle for a few days”, it looked horrible so I had to go to an actual hairdresser to get it fixed. My hair is now so incredibly damaged, and I have burns on the side of my face from having so much bleach done in one week just because she didn’t know what highlights were. Respond to my email and give me my money back.
