My appointment for rescheduled a couple of times. Nailla did my hair, and overall she was lovely and very bubbly. She did a full head of highlights. A minor issue I have is that she didn't place the highlights close enough to the root, so the finish looked like two weeks of regrowth, which isn't a huge deal. The main issue, however, was after I had already left the salon. I noticed a patch on the front right that was completely missed. I hope this issue can be resolved.
