I was really happy with the outcome but it did take a lot longer than the 2hrs30 stated. I ended up being there closer to 4 hours! Would go back again though as they made a real effort to get the look I wanted.

Good experience. Only issues were, I was kept waiting for half an hour as appointments were overrunning but they did offer a free treatment to compensate. Hair cut ended up being much shorter than expected so not a perfect trip but I would recommend.
