I had a lovely first experience at Gro Brixton. I arrived for my booking and there was a little mix up in the time and my stylist was still busy with another customer, but instead of just making me sit there, they kindly gave me a special treatment for free which left my hair lovely and soft! All of the staff were really nice and welcoming. The girl that washed my hair and did the treatment was really attentive and even went and specially found a bridal magazine as I had mentioned I was planning my friends hen do! Its these little extra touches that make a salon stand out! My stylist Lorena was brilliant! Really friendly, listened to what I wanted (which hairdressers often dont!) and I came out very happy with my cut! Will be retuning soon!

Lovely to have a hair cut by someone so meticulous. Very pleased with the cut. Salon is also great as well as the coffee!

Booked an appointment showing as available online but received a call straight after booking from the salon to say this time slot was not available! But was offered a suitable alternative so all good...
Hair Colouring
Lovely staff. Lovely long head massage whilst getting my hair washed. The guy cutting my hair listened to what I wanted, was friendly and even finished the style in a way I wouldn't normally to try out something different which was great! Will definitely go back.
